We are currently only capable of shipping purchases within the United States. For international orders, please use our Etsy site.
Every effort is made to ship purchases within 3 business days after payment is received (for e-checks, this means it will ship within 3 business days after the payment clears). Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped via USPS. For orders containing custom-made products, shipment will vary depending on how long it takes me to make the item(s), but this is generally only a day or two. If you wish to have your order shipped via a different carrier, please contact us by email (RisCHandmade@gmail.com) BEFORE submitting your order.
Jewelry purchases are shipped in cotton-filled cardboard jewelry boxes for better protection during shipping and to be ready for gifting.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please message me with pictures (if possible) so that I can make it right. We will try to replace the damaged item(s) when possible, and if we cannot we will either issue a refund or send a similar item (with buyer approval). Your satisfaction is very important to us. Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted on items that are in new condition and HAVE NOT BEEN WORN. In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For exchanges, buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and for shipping the new item(s) out to the buyer. The new item(s) will not be shipped until we have received the item(s) being exchanged. In the event that a refund is issued, the buyer may be responsible for a 20% restocking fee and any paypal/amazon fees that have incurred because of the transaction and these will be subtracted from the refund amount. The refund will not be issued until after we have received the item(s). Shipping fees are not refundable.

For headbands, if the headband is too big or too small, the buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment for an exchange of a different size as long as the headbands HAVE NOT BEEN WORN and are in NEW condition. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the headbands back and will have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If the headband style/color is sold out, buyer can choose a replacement (of equal or lesser value) or choose to have a refund (minus 20% restocking fee). To avoid this, please be sure to MEASURE YOUR CHILD’S HEAD before ordering to ensure that you are getting the right size. we can always make a custom size if none of the standard sizes will fit.
We are not responsible for damages caused by normal (or not so normal) wear and tear. We try to make our items with the best quality that we can, but some items are still fragile and should be treated with care.

Please note that all items are handmade and hence may vary slightly. Not all items are one of a kind and the item you receive may not be the exact item pictured, but a multiple of it and may contain slight variations.
